4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bll77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bll77's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor outages.

11 Amendments to These Terms
